At Alura, we’re committed to delivering your bras quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Times & Rates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days 

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days 

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days 

International

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days 

  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days 

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs, local postal services, or high-demand seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.


Delays

Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs inspections for international orders

We’ll notify you via email if your order experiences an unexpected delay.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Alura is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but missing. Please contact your local carrier to resolve delivery issues.
